Error with Chunks loading

Chunks load forever when i start a new world.

When u break a block everything delays like sound and particles.

It will take up to 5-10 min to fully load some chunks.

On online play it gets really laggy even if you have a good internet.

You won't be able to move.

 It started happening from the new 1.19.0 update.
