Animation controllers query.is_moving is not working properly

The animation controllers "query.is_moving" is not working properly in the latest version. After updating to 1.19, it does not work well. When I am moving, the command isn't triggered, which means it doesn't return 1. It never happened when I was in version 1.18 or before. I also tried some add-ons made by other people which used "query.is_moving", and they were all not working anymore due to this bug. I attached a demonstration video. The count should be set to 0 on the scoreboard in the video when I am moving, but it doesn't, and keep adding. I also attached the add-on. It worked extremely well in the old version.
