Account Connection Issues

When I try connecting my Microsoft account on PS4 (which has previously been logged on the same ps4 before the update reset everything) an error message pops up saying the account is already connected and to sign in with a previously connected Microsoft account (which is does not specify). I have never connected this Microsoft account with another ps4. This is the only one I use for this minecraft.
