I have been trying to play multiplayer Minecraft but every time I try to join a world it says unable to connect to world. It will also not let me sign into my Microsoft account. I play on ps4 bedrock edition. Please fix the game so it is playable.

The game will not allow multiplayer to work for me. Neither will it let me sign into my Microsoft account. This makes all online features useless to me and that's what I am trying to play. Please fix this issue.
