Multiplayer doesn’t really work

I want to play in a Minecraft world with my friend. However, the game world immediately freezes. I can walk around but the world chunks won't load. The animals make noises but do not move. Also, I can't open my inventory and drop/eat items in the bottom bar. Other players see me walking around but I don't see them. I can use doors and trapdoors but don't make any noise. Pressure plates and buttons also do not work.

I can play on Server like HIVE but not in worlds of friends.

I've had this problem for 6 months and can't play Minecraft because of it.
