Inventory completely deleted

Hello,

 

After I reloaded the game, I appeared with my entire inventory deleted.

(world created in 1.18.2 then quickly put in 1.19.0 since one week without having had problem).

Moreover I do not know if a system of safeguard exists on Bedrock allowing me to find my invaluable material.
