Can't get Achievements on my account

I've been unable to get achievements on any of the 3 platforms I play on (Windows 10, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch). Even after waiting days the tracker for the achievements don't update.  The worlds I've been playing on haven't had Creative or cheats turned on. They've all been survival.  My friends that I play with have been getting achievements fine on the same worlds.
