Issue with Equipping Classic Skins

There is an issue where when I try to create a character with a Classic Skin, I am not able to equip the skin. I can select the skin from the classic skins menu, but the button that is supposed to show up in order for you to actually equip never loads in. Instead, it just indefinitely loads.
