The Pillager's Crossbow becomes invisible

So when I was making a Gulag Firing Squad-like Build in the Nether, I spawned this Pillager (I named him George btw) and appears to not have a Crossbow. however he is still able to shoot the Prisoners which are Villagers, Horses and Zombified Piglins using the invisible Crossbow.

Additionally, The invisible Crossbow is able to cast a silhouette through most entities however. 

 

I don't know exactly how did this Glitch happened but what I did know is my Tablet's battery was like on 7%, possible creating the Glitch.

It also works on versions 1.17.30 - 1.19.10.22 preview
