chraged creeper "charge" can make you see through water

Whenever you strike a creeper with lightning it obviously turns into a charged creeper. But whenever a creeper turns into a charged creeper, the "charge" or blue indicator that it is in fact a charged creeper can make water see through. Its like how in previous versions, lightning could make water see through. And this is basically the same thing exept with a charged creeper.
