Crossbow Fireworks Don't Explode Upon Impact When Hitting A Block/Entity

Fireworks don't explode upon impact, essentially rendering them useless and pointless as weapons. Because they won't explode, fireworks will go through an entity or "glide" along a block, to which it would explode later. This makes the crossbow a very ineffective weapon compared to it's Java counterpart.
