Item not updating

We spent 1350 minecoins I think on a weapons 3.0 pack on the marketplace and once we downloaded it and then after the download it said update on the butten and it once I pressed it said do you want to download 22mb and I say yes but nothing happens and it still says update and I've tried playing it on mobile still same then on computer same problem and I even tried resetting every thing still same problem I hope you can fix it because if you cant we just got scammed or I hope you can give us a refund if you cant fix it.
