Weapons/hasitem/data

When using /testfor @a[hasitem=data etc. I discovered that when I tried to detect a netherite sword (renamed and unrenamed) with a data of 2 by using the /give command it wouldnt detect it,. This could end up being an issue for future things I may want to do, and may affect others trying to use this. I tried this due to someone wanting to test for an item with a different name, which techincally you can, just with different data values. Please try to look at this and see what you can do. Thanks!
