My minecraft profile picture changed

So, when i was about to play with my friend in a multiplayer. He searched my name so he can friend me. Until my profile picture looked like this weird banana thingy. But when i searched my name, it shows my actual profile picture which is a gogeta blue profile picture. Is this a bug or my friend's problem?
