Raids not spawning in raid farm.

Raids sometimes spawn and sometimes don’t. The raid bar pops up but then disappears most of the time and if the illagers actually spawn only 1-2 rounds actually occur and it abruptly ends without getting hero of the village. There are blocks for the illagers to spawn on so I don’t know what the issue is. Any idea on what the issue could be ?
