Blaze Rod stick bottom isn't rendering with the right texture on the Brewing Stand

If you look at the bottom of the Brewing stand on Java you can see that the blaze rod stick is yellow, unlike Bedrock where it is using the "brewing_stand_base" as bottom texture of the blaze rod stick.
