Frequent red loading screen making game unplayable

Steps to Reproduce:

1. I dont know what to put here, it just happens whenever i try to play on my world
2. I have all settings at default

Observed Results:

Every few seconds the game cuts to a red loading screen, making the game unplayable

Expected Results:

I should be able to play the game normally!
