All my achievements are gone

I wanted to sync my worlds and this stuff to my Switch, from the iPhone, and I noticed that the version were not the same, so I trued to pudate the iOS Minecraft, but there was no update, so I logged out out my account and logged back in, then all my achievements and skins stuff were gone. If there's a possibility for me to tell you (Mojang) which achievements I had (that includes the skin stuff) to "code" them back into my acvount please tell me.
