Right arrow doesn't work, and there's lag in places where it didn't in previous versions

Right arrow doesn't work in survival and creative mode, it either places or breaks blocks in the near the arrow in the GUI. There's also a bug where there is much more lag in places where it was perfectly smooth in 1.18.
