i havent updated to 1.19 on computer

i have tried to update to 1.19 in bedrock but i am still stuck in 1.18 i have no idea how to update it, i share my minecraft account with my xbox too which i have turned on in a while, that might be the propblem... anyway please help i havent been able to play with my friends for 6 days now because of it.
