Changing items in hotbar while holding the USE button on the new touch controls causes the hand-held item to shake.

When you try to hold down the place/use button on the new touch controls(CROSSHAIR MODE) and change items in your hotbar such as Crossbow, Bow, Trident, Spyglass can SOMETIMES cause them to bob uncontrollably.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Change your controls to CROSSHAIR MODE
2. Place an item in your hotbar such as Spyglass
3. Hold the use button
4. Hold the spyglass
5. Observe

Expected Results:
It will act like normal, working spyglass,

Observed Results:
The Spyglass starts to shake indefinitely

Note: Also occurs with tridents, bows, crossbows, etc
