Fire issue

RCA Viking Pro. The problem is that in both the Nether and the Overworld any contact with fire what so ever no matter how much time I will catch on fire ever if I am just running through it. And fire resistance potions don't even help 100% of the time. And one more addition is the time I burn is higher than usual. I would include screenshots but I can't take a screenshot of time. And yes I searched for this.
