Walking and flying in game is slow with lot discontinuation

When my character walks or fly in my creative world, its so slow followed by a lot of discontinuation. It’s really annoying while playing it, it’s slowing me down in building my city, and I’m starting to lose a wish for playing it at all. I hope you can fix this soon, as a proof I’m sending you a short video of it. 
Note: This wasn’t happening in the previous version, and my phone is in perfect condition, i have a lot of free memory storage, i tried to restart my phone, but it’s still not working.
