Bought skin pack won't load

The skin packs that I bought on the Minecraft marketplace are failing to load in I have waited many times and the skin packs never load. the skin packs are Cute blocks mega pack and also Cute blocks 2 mega pack. My other skin packs load with no problems these are the only ones i have issues with.
