Mineplex bug

Mineplex survival keeps saying does this server even exist ( around 151 people were playing ) and it's been a week now since the bug it happened before but in a shorter time and the girl in the pic said it hasn't been opening her for 4 months so I realized I wasn't the only one with this bug I really missed playing Mineplex survival please fix this bug asap!
