Lag spikes/stuttering every 5 seconds while in-game

Every ~5 seconds I experience stuttering and lag spikes while in-game without any resource or behaviour packs. Lag spikes usually last around 2 seconds, making the game unplayable. Game worked fine until 1.19.0.
