I am stuck on version 1.17.10 on Minecraft Windows

 I am unable to update my Minecraft to the latest version ( 1.19 )

I tried updating Minecraft on Microsoft store but it shows no option to update Minecraft. I also cannot update Minecraft on the Minecraft Launcher. I tried uninstalling Minecraft but it did not help because it still makes me stay on version 1.17.10

How can I update my Minecraft to 1.19?
