fps lag when loading chunks

Fps lag when loading chunks with mainly player-made structures, even though it is mostly blocks and not many entities. Runs smooth before and lasts about half a second.  Usually happens consecutively for longer than video. Did not have this before render dragon so maybe that is possibly the issue? have not tried singleplayer, just on bedrock 10 player realm.
