Hand position wrong with item in hand, RTX on, and window not full screen

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn RTX on with any RTX pack.
2. Put an item in your hand.
3. Snap the window to the left or right 50% of the screen. (any narrow window will work)

Observed Results:

Hand position moves further and further to the left the narrower the window is. Turning off RTX fixes the problem.

Expected Results:

Hand position stays on the right of the screen
