2 Problems with boats/boats with chests

1st Problem: The boats that are placed on land are not static when they are mounted, they appear to be static but when we wait 5 seconds and dismount they are teleported forward.
Steps:
1- place the boat on solid ground, preferably on a flat place.
2- (optional) place a vibration sensor to visualize the boat moving.
3- get on the boat and wait five seconds.
4- Get off the boat.

2nd Problem: when we are mounted on the boat, the quick bar is locked and we cannot change it.

Steps:
1- put a boat on the ground.
2- Get on the boat.
3- try switching the quickbar items.
