Block tags no longer work in custom tools

Hey,

Once I updated to 1.19, if you input a custom item, from an add-on, with a block_tag in the "minecraft:digger" component, like 'iron_pick_diggable', or even 'stone', it no longer is able to mine either custom blocks or vanilla blocks, which include the certain block tag, e.g. as shown in the image, the 'stone' tag is meant to allow stone, diorite, etc, to be mined, yet it no longer does after this update. However, if you directly add in the identifier of a block, like "minecraft:ice" it would work. I hope this gets fixed because many add-ons with custom tools no longer work because of this.
