Hotbar + Hand bug

So, I loaded up a flat creative world with the easy difficulty and as soon as everything loaded up, I noticed something. my hotbar and hand did not appear. As far as I know, they haven't added spectator to bedrock yet so I really do not know the issue. If anyone can help me with this possible bug, let me know.
