Marketplace/Dressingroom UI error

After the 1.19.1 update the UI for both the marketplace and dressingroom seem to be broken, it just shows "editorialtool.localization.goto.marketplace"

 

I have taken it to redirect to see if others had the same issue, they say they have had the issue for a while and with other versions.
