Achievement "Sail the 7 Seas" not working

So I'm trying to complete this achievement called "Sail the 7 Seas" but it seems like it is broken. I cannot get any progress at all even though I'm following all the instructions correctly. (Sail a boat on 7 different ocean biomes while holding a map). I hope this get fix next update.
