Silked Touched and Placed Sculk Shrieker does not Activate Warden

If the player silk touches and places a shrieker, and then tried to activate it with a skulk sensor, the shrieker activates the shriek particle but no darkness nor warden spawns. I've attempted leaving and joining the world and the same case happens.
