Issues with moving right on bedrock Minecraft

After updating from bedrock 1.18.30 to 1.19.0 the right button on IPad seems to not work properly. It only registers sometimes and when the button does it only moves for a brief moment and then the game just registers that I am breaking a block behind the button. I don't know if this issue is happening on other devices but it is really hard to play the game properly without moving right.
