Marketplace TexturePacks sometimes disable when joining worlds/servers

After the 1.19 update, I have noticed that my marketplace packs (Simply Cubed and VanillaBDCRaft UI) randomly disable with a message along the lines of "Pack Name disabled. This account does not own this pack!"

 

Has anyone else experienced this / is the bug team aware of this?
