Player's arm is not raised when using a spyglass in third-person view with the Star Wars resource pack enabled

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a world with the Star Wars resource pack enabled
2. Obtain a spyglass
3. Switch to third-person front view
4. Use the spyglass

Observed Results:
The player's right arm is not raised, causing the spyglass to appear floating.

Expected Results:
The player's right arm should be raised.
