Halloween cape bug

Hello, my ingame name is Bomben benny 28 and i am currently playing at the Minecraft Bedrock edition. A few years ago, there was a halloween cape (a carved pumpkin face). But at one day, when i chose an other cape, i couldn't change the cape back to the halloween cape... That means, that the cape is gone for this one skin and this happened to all of my skins except for one because i am scared, that the cape is also gone at this skin and also for ever at my account. And i guess it's a bug, because i have the cape, but i cant find it, when i am trying to hange the cape, so it is something like a ghost cape. That menas, if i want to get the minecraft bedrock edition also on my smartphone (which means all skins will get resetted), the cape will be gone for ever like i said... So i hope it is a bug and will get fixed soon, or i gust have bad luck and i guess a dont have much time left with this cape :/ I hope somebody can help me
