All blocks placed below Y=0 in flat creative world deleted when updating to 1.19

When updating to 1.19 everything below Y level zero in my flat creative world was lost and replaced with air. I plan my builds in this world before building them in survival, and I lost a whole lot of work. Please fix soon so more people don't loose their stuff.
