New create world screen not showing

In 1.18.30, the Minecraft changelog said it would be gradually rolling out the new Create World Screen. However, it has been over a month, I haven't yet gotten it and I heard some people have already gotten it. I have checked many times, as well as turning off all my resource packs, but no results.

I have an iPad (6th Generation) on iOS 15.5 if needed
