Version downgrading its self after uninstall

Hello I am a minecraft user of Java and mcbe(minecraft bedrock edition) and mcxe(minecrqft xbox edition) recently 1.19 came out and my thing didn't update so I checked updates didn't appear so Uninstalled and reinstalled to my shock something happend but not the thing I wanted to happen it downgraded from 1.18 to 1.17.10 so I resetted my xbox no luck same issue please help
