Enchantement Table don't show letter particles.

As title says, those letters that appear when close to an Enchatement Table, don't appear. It happens in any tablet and cellphone (Apparentaly) (Note: My tablet is an LG G-Pad, before everyone come asking)

Steps to reproduce:

• Craft an Enchantment Table
• Place it down
• Get close to it, so the book on it will open
• Then see that the Letter Particle don't appear
