Moving right with the touchpad button on 1.19 is broken for mobile

After updating my game to 1.19 today, my controls to move to the right have been drastically broken. Moving to the left is still fine as normal but now trying to move right doesn't allow me to hold down on it anymore, resulting in me needing to spam tap to move right as demonstrated in the video.
