Marketplace: Purchased Content Issue

Content purchased from the Marketplace will not download/update, none of the texture packs I paid for will download/update. I even deleted the app, completely losing all of my mods/addons, and worlds, yet even on a fresh app this issue persists. This was tested on both an iphone and ipad. The image attached shows how it freezes in place and after I am forced to close the app, because pressing the ‘cancel’ button doesn’t work.
