Player's hands are not rendered correctly when holding a map in the Star Wars resource pack

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a world with the Star Wars resource pack enabled
2. Obtain and open a map
3. Look down

Observed Results:
The player's left hand is not rendered while the right hand is, but the right hand is positioned as if the player is not holding a map.

Expected Results:
Both of the player's hands should render correctly when holding a map, just as they do in the default resource pack.
