Cape tab in dressing room will not load

When attempting to open the cape tab in the dressing room it doesn't progress past a grey screen with the text "We're Having trouble connecting to the Marketplace right now. Please try again later!"

Reloading the game or resetting Wi-Fi settings has no effect.
