Nether trees destroy building materials like redstone and whole materials like slime or pistons.

Nether trees destroy building materials when they grow them and should not destroy blocks or redstone that already use that space. An example, the nether blocks do not break it, they just ignore it, but the same does not happen as the pistons, redstone drops, among others.
