Downloading a Texture Pack made by Mojang issue

I've been trying to re-download the Candy Texture Pack, but it's been stuck the way it is in the screenshot for a while, even to this day. I cannot remember what accidentally I did to leave it like that. What should I do to let the download resume as intended?
