/locate doesn't locate poi

Overview: Java snapshot 22w19a divided the /locate command into structure biome and poi, and the ability to locate the pois were added.

Steps of reproduction: 

1. Type '/locate poi'  in the chatbox
2. observe if it appears as valid

Expected results: 

the command is available in this format

Observed results:

the command isn't available in this format and thus doesn't work.
